Des Moines Reiki Circle

Free parking is available in the shopping center lot.

The circle is open to all

  • Reiki Masters

  • Reiki Practitioners

  • Reiki Students at any level

  • anyone curious about energy work

What to expect:

  • Introductions

  • Group guided meditation for grounding

  • Group energy sensing warm up exercises

  • Get into groups of 3 or 4 people.  One person receives reiki, while others give reiki for a 20-30 minute session.  Then rotate until everyone has received a session.

  • Group discussion, questions and answer time

Participation to give and/or receive reiki is optional. It is ok to simply observe.

What is provided:

  • Massage Tables and Chairs

​

What to bring (optional)

  • blanket and/or pillow

  • Socks.  No shoes are allowed on the yoga floor.
