Reiki Circle, sometimes called Reiki Share or Reiki Exchange, is a chance for Reiki Masters, Reiki Students at any level or novices with no Reiki training can come together to practice giving and receiving Reiki.

About the event

Reiki Share is a chance for reiki practitioners at any level and novices with no reiki training to get together and practice. 

Suggested Donation $5 - $10  (venmo or cash)

RSVPs are appreciated, but you can just show up.  

What to expect:

  • Introductions
  • Guided Meditation for Grounding
  • Group exercise for energy sensing warm-up
  • Break into groups of 3 or 4 people.  One person receives reiki from the 2-3 other people for approximately 20-30 minutes.  Then we rotate so everyone has a chance to receive and give.
  • Final thoughts group discussion
  • Optional tea social hour until 5pm to chat, network, make friends, etc
  • Reiki Master, Christine Freeland, is available to answer questions, or coach if the need arises

What to bring (optional):

  • Socks - no shoes are allowed on the yoga floor
  • Blanket and/or pillow
